Inventory Planning: The ProducePak Farm ERP solution provides the ability to predict required quantities of inventory and labour required during the farming process. Planning is performed by comparing a monthly materials analysis report to ensure just in time inventory delivery from suppliers and arrange labour resources.
Summary: Soktas obtained significant savings from improved response time for employee tasks. Inventory planning improved inventory availability and freed up cash flow due to better planning.
